Estonian Air introducing three new routes This autumn Estonian Air will expand its network by launching 3 new routes starting from Tallinn Airport: Tallinn-Vilnius, Tallinn-Helsinki and Tallinn-Kuressaare-Stockholm. The new routes will be served by two 33-seater SAAB 340 aircraft, an aircraft type very common for shorter regional operations all over the world. By introducing SAAB 340 into the existing fleet of six Boeing 737, Estonian Air is hoping to capture and develop a growing demand for air travel between Estonia and our neighboring regions. In addition to the three routes above, Estonian Air is planning to launch flights to St. Petersburg and to Minsk, given the traffic rights. Starting already from 24 September, Estonian Air will operate daily flights between Tallinn and Vilnius, with 12 flights per week. Air travel demand is increasing between the two Baltic capital cities and Estonian Air is hoping to develop this market further. The schedule has been designed to meet the demand of the Estonian market, by offering also an early morning departure from Tallinn together with an evening return flight.
Starting also from 24 September, Estonian Air will operate daily flights between Tallinn and Helsinki, with19 flights per week. The schedule, with three departures on workdays in each direction, gives excellent possibilities to spend the whole day in Helsinki and offers convenient connections to the Finnish domestic and European route network of Blue1.
One-way fares to Helsinki start from 595 EEK (38 EUR) including all taxes (all fares are subject to availability). Starting from 27 September, Estonian Air will operate twice weekly flights on the route Tallinn-Kuressaare-Stockholm to meet the increasing demand for Estonian Spa tourism in the Swedish market. Kuressaare is also a popular destination among Estonians. The schedule with Thursday and Sunday flights offers excellent opportunities for either a Spa vacation, a longer weekend break or a mid-week stay on Estonia’s biggest island. Estonian Air is considering year-around operation on the Tallinn-Kuressaare-Stockholm route, depending on demand.
One-way fares from Tallinn to Kuressaare start from 425 EEK ( 27 EUR) and one-way fares from Kuressaare to Stockholm start from 795 EEK ( 51 EUR) including all taxes (all fares are subject to availability). Sist oppdatert: 11.08.07 00:20 |
